I’m Lisa, a trauma survivor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, meditation and yoga teacher, and an advocate for living with greater clarity and ease. After overcoming personal challenges, including navigating the stress of cancer and unprocessed trauma, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others connect with their inner calm and resilience through meditation, nervous system healing, and mindset practices.
Whether I’m guiding a session or class, leading a retreat, or sharing insights online, my goal is to equip you with tools to release stress, embrace self-compassion, and live with purpose and well-being. I believe in your ability to find balance and thrive, no matter what life brings.
